TimeHighway.com, Peak Performance, Dealer Product Services and OneCommand have merged. Together, the companies will be called Affinitiv, the firms announced this week.
Recall Masters has integrated its real-time recall status service with TimeHighway’s online scheduling solution, allowing dealers to purchase parts and free up technicians before a customer arrives for service.
Customers who receive a service notification through CIMA Systems will now be able to book an appointment with a few clicks using TimeHighway’s online appointment scheduling tool.
